The world of industrial production interfaces with the subject of materials on a daily basis for various purposes: guaranteeing quality and giving beauty to the end product, achieving performance targets, saving energy in the processes, evaluating their life cycle and circularity, and finally favouring reuse and/or recycling of the materials themselves.

Il Bagno gives the floor to our owner Giuseppe Presotto, who tells us how, through well-executed design and through the choice of quality materials, the theme of product end-of-life can be best managed.

On the one hand, ancient, natural, almost forgotten materials are rediscovered; on the other, materials and finishes with special performance and aesthetic characteristics are created. The challenges that materials pose to us are many, it is a work in progress where research works alongside industry and to satisfy the new, emerging needs of the markets.
